Server logs are retained for thirty days, then automatically purged. Email correspondence is kept until the enquiry is closed, then archived or deleted within ninety days. We don't maintain long-term records of visitor behaviour, and we don't build historical profiles.
If we're required by Irish or EU law to retain certain records for a longer period-for example, to respond to a legal request-we'll do so, but only for as long as the obligation exists.
Your Choices
You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. Because we collect so little, the answer is usually brief: an IP address in a server log or an email thread.
